This is Doug Reaume, the owner of DCR Performance. Doug has years of experience in the racing industry and has transitioned from a driver to a manufacturer. 

This is Matt! Matt is a jack of all trades and helps with every facet of the business.

This is Amber. Amber is the sales and marketing brains of the operation and also happens to be Doug's daughter.
